Being Civil in Minnesota Podcast

Hosted by Owner, Attorney, and Mediator Meghan Maes.

For over 14 years Meghan Maes has represented individuals and families in divorces, custody and parenting time disputes, and advocated for victims in high conflict cases. Meghan also provides mediation services so that families can keep their own decision-making power and resolve their disputes.

This podcast is a place where she talks about relevant issues surrounding demystifying the court process and supporting families who need answers to questions about the rules in the State of Minnesota.

This is not legal advice and listening to this Podcast does not make her, or anyone at Maes Law, your attorney. What the law does and does not require should be provided freely to citizens. If you need legal representation please contact an attorney, but if you want information on family law issues then this is a great free resource.

There are currently over 50 episodes you can view on the YouTube Channel Being Civil in Minnesota.
