Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a consultation with Maes Law. This free 30-minute meeting is an opportunity to discuss your situation and learn what services we may be able to offer. Please note that scheduling or attending this consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. Until a representation agreement is signed and a retainer is paid, we do not represent you and will not take legal action on your behalf. We will provide general legal information and share free resources, but we will not provide legal advice at this stage. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in your booking request or during the consultation. Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee representation and does not prevent us from representing another person involved in the same or a related matter. Legal matters may involve important deadlines, and we are unable to advise you on any time limits prior to being retained. Your consultation will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams. A link for the meeting will be sent to you after booking. If you do not receive a confirmation email with the meeting link, please contact our office.
